Grass Valley Police Officers responded to a call shortly after 4:30 AM complaining of a loud verbal altercation taking place in the vicinity of Spring Hill Drive and Idaho Maryland.  Once officers had determined the verbal argument had subsided, upon questioning one of the suspects, Anotnio Duran Torres, 30 of Oakley CA, was found to be in possession of drugs and potential burglary tools.
