Auburn Police Seek More Suspects in Theft

Auburn Police have one man in custody and are looking for more suspects. Officer went to Nevada Street late Monday night, to a report of a man tampering with a motorcycle. Officer found a cars window had been smashed along with the attempted theft of the motorcycle. Officers stopped Kristopher Taylor on Highway 49 and found a number of items taken from the damaged car. Also recovered was the tool used to smash the window. Taylor was taken into custody for suspicion of receiving stolen property and the break in. Officers feel more suspects may be involved in the theft. They are asking for anyone with information to call their department at 823-4327.
