Bear River High wins 6-year accreditation

Bear River High School in southern Nevada County has won a 6-year accreditation, the most a school a can get from the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. Principal Jim Nieto says Bear River’s success has roots that reach back to the school’s beginning in 1986.

Schools are accredited every six years.
