The Love Building in Condon Park is getting some remodeling to improve the facility for public use, and with that comes some much needed new parking spaces. Nevada County Supervisors today approved an agreement with the City of Grass Valley to allocate $54,450 from the County Recreation Mitigation Fund to construct a new parking lot with 13 spaces. Sandy Jacobson who is executive Director of Gold Country Community Services, which operates out of the Love Building says the project includes much needed sidewalk improvements at the Condon Park Community Building.
Grass Valley Associate Engineer Zackary Lake also said a thank you to the country.
Also contributing to the project are the Grass Valley Host Lions Club, Grass Valley Little League as well as Gold Country Community Services.
