The Yuba county narcotics unit Net-5 arrested a Linda woman on drug sale charges a week after the Yuba County Sheriff’s Department arrested her for the same crime, according to Lt. Damon Gil Net-5 agents served a warrant on the motel room of Rhonda Michaud, in the 800 block of North Beale Road, just after 7:00 a.m. yesterday (Monday) morning.
“On February 17th, we had a patrol deputy make contact with her. She actually had an outstanding warrant at that time. During the custodial search, the deputy located over six grams of methamphetamine on her and our Net 5 agents had enough information to put together a search warrant. They served the search warrant this morning and found five more grams of methamphetamine as well as a scale and some other items indicative of drug sales.”
Michaud was out on bail after being arrested by a Yuba County Sheriff’s Department Deputy on February 17th. In that case Michaud was allegedly found with over 6 grams of methamphetamine packaged in multiple baggies. Michaud was booked into the Yuba County Jail on multiple drug charges, and for committing a felony while out on bail.
