DVSAC Daddy-Daughter Dance Friday Night

On Friday, February 1st, 2013 the Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Coalition will hold its 6th Annual Daddy Daughter Dance at the Grass Valley Veterans Hall.  The fun begins at 6:00pm and it will be a full night of dancing, a live auction, food and prizes! Prevention Advocate, Stephanie Terrassa, says the event is about celebrating positive male role models and healthy relationships.

The popular event has sold out with 400 particpants attending each of the past several years.
Terrassa along with Executive Director, Gayle Guest-Brown says its a fun way to expereince and learn about the positives in our community.

Auction items will include a big screen TV and a 2 night trip to Las Vegas. Raffle tickets will be on sale for several prizes that have been donated from various businesses throughout the community.
Ticket prices are intentionally kept low at $35/couple plus 10 dollars  for additional guests. All proceeds go to DVSAC to help build healthy relationships and end violence in Nevada County.
