The licenses cover fishing and or hunting.
Fish and Wild life spokesperson Glenn Underwood says the licenses will cost only six dollars and twenty-five cents. He says this is a small thank you  for the sacrifices our service members have made for our country.

Underwood says the service member needed a letter from their commander or the medical doctor treating them and the filling out a application from the California Department of Fish and Wildlife website or office.
