Local Fitness Trainer Joey Bratton says he grew up playing sports and at Cal Poly he studied nutrition to have a well rounded education for keeping the body healthy. Bratton is opening a new business in Nevada City called Fit Culture Studio and says he’s been working the last few months to create his business model that he hopes will make fitness affordable and convenient.
“Fit Culture Studio is going to be about just getting great workouts in. It’s at an affordable price and it’s going to be functional movements, keep us energetic, keep us going and a great place to come and meet new people and have a great workout.”
The 26 year old Bratton says he will offer 2 separate boot camps for youth in 5th through 8th grade and 9th through 12th grade. There will also be a vitality boot camp at 9:45 am which is a gentle approach to exercise. He’s planning a Grand Opening celebration Saturday, January 14th at 11a.m. Fit culture studio is located at 75 Bost Avenue Unit 6 off of Searls Avenue in Nevada City.
