Grass Valley Accident Leads to one Arrest

A Saturday afternoon accident in Grass Valley led to the arrest of one driver. Grass Valley Police Captain Rex Marks says the accident was reported at Main and Dorsey Drive. When officer started their investigation, they determined that 23 year old Tularie Colin was under the influence, while she was driving one of the cars. Captain Marks says when Colin was taken into custody, Officers searched her car.

“Through further investigation and subsequence of the arrest, officers did, in fact, locate a number of items described as paraphernalia as well as various medications as well as illicit drugs in the vehicle.”

Colin was charged with suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs, being under the influence of dangerous drugs and several other drug related charges. No one was seriously hurt in the accident.
