A 22 year old driver of a 1988 Honda Civic was arrested Sunday evening after CHP officers spotted him weaving on Highway 49. The driver was suspected of being under the influence and having a very high blood alcohol level.

“According to the results from the breath test, he came back just over two and a half times the legal limit.”

Officer Marc Morrison says he was subsequently arrested and booked into the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility.
