Grass Valley Man Hospitalized After Bike Crash

A Grass Valley man was hospitalized after he lost control of his bicycle on Brunswick Road, Sunday evening. CHP Public Information Officer Heather Blancarte says a 58 year old Grass Valley man was riding his bicycle on Brunswick road near Greenhorn Road when he lost control and was ejected from the bicycle.

“The rider allowed his bicycle to ride off the roadway where he lost control. This bicycle was then ejected off the road. He did receive minor injuries and was taken to Sierra Nevada Hospital for treatment.”

The CHP investigation is focusing on what caused the rider to lose control.
