Deputies were at the Lake of the Pines gated community in the south end of Nevada County Friday arresting Richard McCune age 38. McCune who was working for a local painting contractor, MCCune was known to have outstanding warrants according to Sheriff Keith Royal more was discovered at the scene.

“The vehicle he was driving had plates from a different vehicle and the tags on those plates were from a third vehicle. So he was also given additional charges for false registration.”

McCune was arrested on 2 outstanding warrants one for felony probation violation and one for domestic violence and a misdemeanor warrant for driving on a suspended license.  The suspect was apprehended after a vehicle pursuit and he was booked in the Sacramento county jail.
