Male Lurker Arrested Behind Building In GV

A man that was spotted hopping fences in the area of Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital was arrested for a variety of drug related charges early Tuesday morning. Just before 4:30 in the morning an employee at a medical care facility on Catherine Lane in Grass Valley reported a strange man in their courtyard. Sgt Steve Johnson says Grass Valley Police officers responded to the facility and determined the subject was no loner in the courtyard.

After speaking with the subject for a while, the officer began performing a physical search.

The subject identified as a Blayde Hernandez 24 of Grass Valley was taken into custody for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
