The Nevada Union Men’s Soccer Team had a breakthrough season last year, going from a perrenially unimpresive team to a playoff team just like that. However, they did not get the win in their playoff game. This year they are looking to improve on last seasons success. They absolutely have then talent and ability to do it. They have a strong defense, great ball movement, and of course premier scorers like senior Luke Agness. Senior midfield player Benn Seimers is a great leader for this team, as well as Brandon Schwendeman who has been on the varsity team since his freshman year. Dominic Cresa has also proven early in the year that he is a viable scoring threat. Look for this team to go one better than last year and win a playoff game.
