Penn Valley Lions Club Sells Sees Candy for Fundraiser

The Penn Valley Lion’s club is raising funds this holiday season with their annual See’s Candy trailer in the wildwood center on Pleasant Valley Road. Bruce Puphal the Vice President of Penn Valley Lion’s Club names just a few of the many projects the Lion’s club donates to.

“To support local projects in our community such as Saddle Pals, the local Food Bank, Meals on Wheels, Friends of Nevada County Military which is an organization that puts together care packages for our service men and women, Guide Dogs for the Blind, just to name a few.”

The trailer is open from 11 am to 5pm Wednesday through Sunday through December 17th.
