There is a line around the Rucker Fire in the Rucker Lake area, Tahoe National Forest, north of Spaulding Reservoir and Fuller Lake.  However, firefighters are not yet calling it contained.

There are pockets of unburned vegetation within the line.  The Calfire hand crew was flown out of the fire Wednesday afternoon.  A Forest Service hand crew was  flown in and continued to strengthen the line around the fire last night.
