Short-term Lockdown at BRHS Lifted Quickly

A homeless man suspected of being under the influence spotted on the Bear River High School caused the school to go into precautionary lockdown earlier this morning. The lockdown was only in effect for a few minutes while sheriff’s deputies made contact with the suspect off campus.

Thanks so much for being on top of local news! My daughter attends the high school and when we received notification from the school of the event, it was very vauge and caused great concern to many parents. Thanks to KNCO we were able to determine exactly what happened and are more informed as to the events affecting our children!
