Grass Valley police have recovered five stolen cars in less than two weeks. Grass Valley Captain Rex Marks says several of the cars have been from the Sacramento area. He said one of the cars was found at the hospital.

Captain Marks says one of the stolen car was taken from Nevada City, after the owner had  a little to much to drink and asked a person he did not know to drive him home. When the victim was dropped off at his home the thief continued on with the car. Captain Marks says they are looking for a connection between the multiple auto thefts as the majority of the cars have been Honda Civics or Honda Accords.
