Three People Arrested at Same House, Different Times

Three people were taken into custody on two different days at one home. Nevada County Sheriff Keith Royal says investigators went to a Mustang Valley Place home on Thursday; a woman at the home had a misdemeanor arrest warrant. She was taken into custody. While being lead out to the Police car, the woman’s husband arrived on a motorcycle. Garth Foster was on felony probation and saw what was occurring and fled. The Sheriff says when investigators returned to the home the next day, a pickup and a trailer loaded with wood were leaving the home.

“They stopped the vehicle. Ironically he was in the back of the vehicle, meaning Foster was in the back of the vehicle. So he was arrested for the probation violation as well as Mr. Bennallack was arrested for some drug charges and when they checked further, they found out that the utility trailer that was being used to tow and carry the firewood had been reported stolen.”

Garth Foster was taken into custody for fleeing from investigators the day before. 43 year old Michael Bennallack was taken into custody for the stolen trailer and several drug charges.
