Tradition Continues- Just A Bit Different

Though this morning’s Donation Day Parade had a different feel this year as students marched inside rather than outside, a parade led by Grass Valley Police, the Bagpipe and Color Guard,¬† and the Lady Relief Society marched the traditional route through the streets of Grass Valley. City Councilman Howard Levine talks about what the parade means to him.

The parade  on the streets did just beat the weather as snow flakes began to fall just after 11:00 AM.
