People are invited to come by the Nevada County fairgrounds this Friday Saturday and Sunday as the Branch 13 Vintage Tractor and Early Day Engine Club will be set up inside gate 4. Jody Stover says they have around 50 vintage engines to see. He says they were mostly used for moving water in the old days before Water districts were established. he says some of the old engines are still being discovered today.
Vintage tractors will also be on hand to give wagon rides and for people to see. Hours are 9 to 4 Friday and Saturday and Sunday 9 to noon. They will also have lazy dog ice cream and food available and several vendors will be there selling things like jewelry and bird houses, pens and hats and some personal security devises.
