Woman Collides into Tree on Wolf Mountain Road

The CHP is looking into why a woman lost control of her car Thursday morning. CHP Public Information Officer Heather Blancarte says the 29 year old Penn Valley woman lost control of her 2005 PT Cruiser on Wolf Mountain Road. Officer Blancarte says the driver hit a large tree.

“A driver driving a silver PT Cruiser northbound of Wolf Mountain Road just north of Goodrich Way. The driver allowed the vehicle to travel off the roadway edge and as a result, the vehicle collided into a tree.”

The woman was taken to Sierra Nevada Hospital for treatment of moderate injuries. The accident remains under investigation.
