Yuba County Man Reported Missing

The Yuba County Sheriff’s Department is asking for assistance from the public in locating a Dobbins man, who has been missing for up to three weeks, according to Sheriff Steven Durfor. Richard Dahms, 42, was last seen by his wife in the early morning hours of December 20th, in Linda.  Lt. Damon Gil with the Yuba county Sheriff’s office says Dahms was believed to have attempted to get back to their Dobbins home, in the 10000 block of Marysville Road, that same day.  Dahms has not been seen or heard from by family since.

“We’re certainly looking for anybody who has any information on the whereabouts of Mr. Dahms. Even if maybe you’ve seen just in the last couple of weeks and haven’t seen him even in the last few days. We’re looking for any information we can get.”

Yuba County Detectives are investigating unconfirmed reports of sighting of Dahms in Dobbins and Oregon House within the last several days.  Dahms is a white male, about 6’4″ and 195 pounds.  He has short, wavy black hair, a mustache and beard, and brown eyes.  Anyone with information regarding this case is asked to call the Yuba County Sheriff’s Department at 749-7777.
