10 Most Wanted FBI Fugitive Apprehended By Sheriff

Nevada County Sheriff’s Officers apprehended an alleged FBI 10 Most Wanted Fugitive after a pursuit took them to Bitney Springs Road and Rough and Ready Highway. Sheriff Keith Royal explains what happened after the suspect was identified getting into a vehicle that detectives had under observation.

Godwin fled to Mexico after his escape from Folsom. He has a long history of drugs and murder over the 25 years since his escape form Folsom while in Mexico. Godwin escaped from Mexico and was recently spotted at a Grass Valley area apartment complex.
