17th Annual Nevada County Law Enforcement and Fire Protection Council Red Light Ball

It is the mission of the Nevada County Law Enforcement and Fire Protection Council to provide support and assistance to public law enforcement and fire protection agencies in Nevada County. Their contributions allow those agencies to purchase better equipment and further their programs and policies. One of the major fundraisers for the Council is the Red Light Ball, which was held last Saturday night. They also present Public Safety Committment Awards and this year one of those awards was awarded to Bill and Donna Roach who have overseen putting on the Red Light Ball for the past several years.
Sheriff Keith Royal echoed his thanks to the couple for raising so much money for the departments.
