He was able to make bail, which was set at ten thousand dollars. Now, Royal says another girl, who is 14 years old, told her mother that she had sex with him…

The mother notified authorities. After an investigation, which included gathering physical evidence, Chapdelane was arrested Tuesday evening. Bail, this time, has been set at 500-thousand dollars.
