The 3rd in a series of 12 Thrive follow-up meetings designed for active participation towards a common goals is set for tonight at the Stone house Event center. Nevada city council member Reinette Senum explains how the principles of the movie, presented in January have evolved into working groups in our community.

The Thrive Meeting is set for 6:30 to 9:30 this evening at the Stone House Event Center on Sacramento Street in Nevada City.

Another meeting taking place is the Town Hall Meeting called “Update Nevada City” being held at City Hall from 5:30 until 7 this evening on Broad Street in Nevada City. Speakers include Chamber President Gary Tintle, City Administrator Dave Brennan will talk about the business of the city including the new Police Chief Jim Wickham, Gretchen Bond and Dave Irons will talk about changes at the Foundry.
