20 Year-Old in Custody for Sex With Minor

A twenty year old Grass Valley man is in custody for allegedly having sex with a minor. Sheriff Keith Royal says that an investigation led to the arrest of Danial Burley Wednesday.

Burley claims that he believed the female was of age at the time they were together.

Burley,-Danial1Burley was charged with two charges related to sex with a minor and a bail enhancement for special circumstances.

This is actually pretty messed up I know the family and the mom was telling all of us that her daughter was 18 and giving her alcohol..
