4 Story Hotel and Commercial Space Proposed in Grass Valley

A developer is exploring the possibility of building a new 4,400 square foot 4 story Hotel in Grass Valley that would include 2,100 square feet of commercial space; a 3,900 square foot drive-through building; and a 3,200 square foot commercial building. The site is at the corner of East Main and West Olympia Drive and right now some cabins are located there. Grass Valley Community Development Director Tom Last says the applicant has developed two site plans and wants feedback from the Grass Valley Development Review Committee before going forward.
