The case of two girls, 12 and 13 years old, who were murdered in Yuba County 43 years ago has finally been solved, with the arrests of two men. 65-year-old William Harbour has lived in the Olivehurst area the entire time. 65-year-old Don Patterson was also around for a while after the murders were committed, but was arrested in Oklahoma.
