Bice says there was no excessive speed involved with Hundevadt. He says it appears to simply be a right-of-way collision that was likely Pate’s fault.

Don Hundevadt is my brother in-law. He is the innocent victim of this horrible accident, in the hospital fighting for his life!!!!!!!!
