8 Injuries Following Two-Car Nevada Co Wreck

A two-car accident over the past weekend in south Nevada County that involved drunk driving. CHP Officer Mike Steele says 20-year-old Destiny Fike of Foresthill made a left turn from Rincon Way onto southbound Highway 49, late Saturday night, right in front of another car coming northbound, with five people from Grass Valley. 7 of the 8 people had minor “complaint of pain” injuries, including a 10-year-old Grass Valley girl. Fike was the only person with major injuries and was also arrested for DUI….

Fike is still being treated at the hospital, but the other 7 people have been treated and released.
