82-Year-Old Penn Valley Man Arrested For Murder

Royal says the woman was identified as 67-year-old Sandra Lebarron and she died from 3 gunshot wounds. And he says they also found the suspect still inside the home, identified as 82-year-old Robert Steuber…

Royal says Steuber referred to Lebarron as his caretaker and the two had been together for some time and had been arguing. He says there is no evidence of any prior criminal history or mental health problems for Steuber. But Steuber is being held in the medical unit of the jail with undisclosed physical health issues.
