A Mood Booster

I saw an article this morning that I can’t wait to put to the test.  Apparently scientists have discovered a new drug free way to boost your mood.  The next time you are feeling a little blue try it out.  It’s simple, so simple I can’t believe it works.

Just draw a picture of your favorite snack.  Make it honest, pictures of veggies don;t seem to have the effect.  But, if you are honest and draw a picture of a pizza, or cupcakes, or even strawberries (something that when eaten in massive quantities lose their “beneficial” qualities) your mood should perk up a bit.  In a study people reported a 28% increase in their mood.  But, and it’s a huge but, (no plumber jokes please) you have to be willing to admit you are craving something politically incorrect.

I have another way to boost your mood.  If you love puppies Click This Link . . . . .
