Accident Features Man Stripping Clothes Off

A rather strange accident to report in Nevada County this (Mon.) afternoon. CHP officer Daniel Frederick says 23-year-old John Bowers appeared to be under the influence of drugs when he suddenly turned right off Oak Tree Road and into a ditch. He says a driver stopped to check on Bowers to see if Bowers was okay…

Bowers was treated and released at the hospital for minor injuries and then was arrested for driving under the influence.
