Accident Victim Airlifted to Roseville

The California Highway Patrol is trying to determine why a North San Juan woman lost control of her car late Monday morning.  CHP Officer Justin Barnthouse says the accident happened at Highway 49 and Sweet land Road. Officer Barnthouse says the driver ran off the road in her 2006 Toyota Tacoma pickup and hit a very large tree.

Fire fighters from the North San Juan Fire Department had to cut the roof and the doors off the pickup to get the woman out. The CHP is focusing their investigation why the driver lost control.
