Berger says D’Arcangelew also leads the North State campaign in helping cities and counties adopt ordinances that create mechanisms for transparency, accountability, oversight, and meaningful community input, with respect to surveillance technology. She’s scheduled to speak at around 6 this evening at Peace Lutheran Church in Grass Valley. It’s also preceded by a social period, at 5:30, that includes free pizza, salad, and beverages.
