Adult and Juvenile Caught in Apartment

Using a vacant apartment as a place to party isn’t a good idea when the apartment manager knows that you broke into the building.  Saturday morning around 9:20 a Dorsey Drive apartment manager called Grass Valley Police about a potential trespassing issue.

Not only had the suspect, Neil Johnson 36 of Grass Valley, and the 17 year old juvenile entered the building illegally;  it appeared they were also under the influence.

Johnson was taken into custody for forcible entry, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and a violation of parole.
The minor was released to his parents.
