Affordable Housing under review by Grass Valley

Affordable housing requirements would end for nine projects in Grass Valley under a proposal the City Council takes up tonight.
The proposed developments include building along Berryhill Drive, Town Talk Road, and Brunswick Road. Tom Last, community development director for the city, says a new housing picture has emerged and that the affordable housing provision hindered the developments moving forward.
