Alleged Car Thief Arrested in Grass Valley

Grass Valley Police officers arrested a suspect Sunday afternoon following the sighting of a suspicious vehicle seen speeding on East Main Street .  Sergeant Clint Bates followed the speeding Jeep and ran a license check as he pursed the vehicle.

As a result of the stop on Highway 174, suspect James Robert Terry 25, was taken into custody for the auto theft, possesion of a controlled substance, paraphernalia, and an outsatnding warrant. Terry was booked into Wayne Brown Corectional Facility.
