Alta Sierra Association and Neighbors Move to Arbitration

The conflict and confusion between two factions of Alta Sierra residents is coming closer to a resolution. The conflict is between the existing Property Owners Association Board of Directors and a group of residents known as Alta Sierra Neighbors. Issues involves designating who the Board of Directors is going forward, and what authority does the Board have to enforce regulations governing Alta Sierra property owners. On November 6th the two sides participated in mediation with retired Judge Albert Dover presiding over talks. According to current Association Board President Paul Hoefler, three issues still need to be decided by another justice that will rule on the issues in arbitration.
