With Earth Day on Saturday, it’s also time for the annual State of the Yuba event, which is Wednesday evening (April 19). The South Yuba River Citizens League invites the community to celebrate the river and get updates on restoration and preservation efforts. Tamo says three distinguished guests will also be honored for their service in helping to protect the Yuba watershed. The State of the Yuba is from 5 to 8:30 tomorrow (Wed.) evening at Peace Lutheran Church in Grass Valley.
