Another multiple graffiti tagger has been arrested in Grass Valley, with downtown businesses, again, the main target. Norvell says after the graffitti was cleaned up, the suspect would often come back within a day or so for retagging of the property, usually late at night, when a business was closed. There have been four graffititi tagging sprees reported in downtown Grass Valley in the last five years or so, with arrests in three of those cases. There were also multiple eggings of vehicles reported earlier this year, with no arrest made.
