It’s the third serial tagging incident to be reported in Grass Valley in the last five years. The previous one, that vandalized around 30 businesses in another part of town, in the summer of 2020, resulted in an arrest of a youth who was identified on surveillance footage. Another serial tagger was arrested in May of 2016.
