Royal says the fire marshall who initially detained the suspects was not armed. McCauley has been arrested on felony charges of manufacturing and possession of a controlled substance, two weapons charges, and committing a felony while armed. Cannon has been charged with possession of drug paraphenalia, with several syringes found in her purse. The trailer fire was caused by a small space heater and not the lab.
