For the second time in just over a month, Anthem Blue Cross has raised their health insurance rates. On January first, rates went up for small businesses. But Carmen Balber with the group ‘Consumer Watchdog’ says Anthem made 2.7 billion dollars in net profits last year…
It’s estimated that the increase affects about 730-thousand Californians.
