Armed Robberies Have Same Suspect After All

Two recent armed robberies, in Grass Valley and Cedar Ridge, are linked after all. Nevada County Sheriff’s Captain Jeff Pettit says they now believe the robberies, at the Oak Super Market on Squirrel Creek Road Sunday night and at Cedar Ridge Market on Hwy 174 Friday night, were committed by the same man.

Pettit says the robber was wearing a dark, hooded sweatshirt and sweatpants but the bandana covered part of the suspect’s face.
