Arraignment Moved Until End of Month

The defendant in an alleged child molestation case has had his arraignment moved out to later this month. Jonathan Scott Foote is being held in custody for allegedly committing multiple counts of lewd and lascivious acts with one or more minors that may have occurred over a 10 year period. Deputy District Attorney Jennifer Ow says that the rescheduling of an arraignment is not uncommon.
