Arrest Made After Cannabis Cultivation Bust

Another illegal cannabis cultivation grow has been seized in Nevada County. And this time there’s one arrest. The Sheriff’s Department says officials made contact with 20-year-old Cruz Valle, of Nevada City, at a property on Simple Justice Creek Road in Penn Valley, where a search warrant was executed. They found 19-hundred-32 plants, an abundance of processed cannabis, and two firearms. All the plants were subsequently destroyed.
