Thurman is also from the Sacramento area. Johnson says he shot an 18-year-old Nevada County resident in the head, in the parking lot of a business on McKnight Way, on October 26th. Thurman has been booked into the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility…

Johnson says the victim has been released from the hospital and is expected to make a full recovery. His name is not being released. Johnson says no other details regarding the circumstances are being released at this time.
